Apple Strawberry Kiwi Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

This fruity salsa makes the most yummy and light dessert and with Cinco de Mayo in a few days, it sounded perfect for our family treat tonight.
Apple Strawberry Kiwi Salsa
- 2 cups strawberries, diced
- 2 cups kiwis, diced
- 2 cups granny smith apples, peeled, cored, sliced, diced
- 2 tablespoons apple jelly
- zest from 1 orange
- juice from 1/2 orange
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix the jelly, orange zest and orange juice together, then add the diced fruit together in a bowl, then chill until serving. Serve with baked cinnamon chips.
Cinnamon Chips
- 1 package (20) freshly made flour tortillas
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400°F degrees. Cut flour tortillas into six triangles with a pizza cutter.Mix cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle over each piece, one at a time. Arrange on a silat-lined baking sheet. Do not overlap the tortillas — this will take several batches baked on one sheet.
