Chilies Rellenos Bake
This is an easy way to serve eggs quickly for breakfast, presented with a little love. It doesn’t get much easier than mixing a few ingredients into a bowl, pouring them into a muffin tray, then baking them while you finish getting ready for the day or chilling on the sofa while they bake. Here’s the simple recipe!
Chilies Rellenos Bake
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
- 1-1/2 cups Cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces canned green chilies
- salsa, sour cream, olives, bacon for garnish
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and place Straight Muffin Tray (DeMarle at Home) on perforated baking sheet and set aside.
In mixing bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, salt, cheese and chilies.
Pour into wells and bake for 20-25 minutes until egg is set and top is golden brown. Remove from oven, untold and garnish.
