With my Pampered Chef fluted baking stone, the bundt pan, I baked one of the easiest cakes around, called Chocolate 1-2-3 Cake today for my daughter’s birthday party. All you do is add three ingredients to a chocolate cake mix and bake it at 350 F for 45 minutes and add a glaze or ganache or powdered sugar to finish it off. Or nothing. That would be great too.

• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 cups chocolate chips
• 3 eggs

Spray the bundt pan with  nonstick cooking spray, Pam or Baker’s Joy.
