Greek Yogurt Poppyseed Dressing

This dressing is perfect for a green salad with fruit and nuts, featuring plain Greek yogurt, rice wine vinegar and poppyseeds.

Greek Yogurt Poppyseed Dressing
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon poppyseeds
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Green leaf lettuce, raspberries, avocados and toasted pine nuts with Greek yogurt poppyseed salad dressing served with toasted flatbread is a tasty meal any time of day.
