Pineapple Lime Sparkling Punch
Punch bowls are a nostalgic, underrated party element that are few and far between in the 2020s. Perhaps the rows of drink options and flavors in all manner of shapes, sizes, bottles, cans and jugs at grocery stores could be to blame.
On the rare occasion that one might unearth a grandmother’s punch bowl for that next soirée, I highly recommend a refreshing, chilled Pineapple Lime Sparkling Punch to add the perfect pizzazz to any party.
Pineapple Lime Sparkling Punch
- 6 to 8 limes, cut in half then juiced
- 1 big can pineapple juice (48 ounces)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 liters Perrier, lime flavored
Directions
Combine freshly squeezed lime juice, pineapple juice and sugar, then pour into silicone mini ice cube trays or into a bowl, then freeze the concoction.
For serving, chunk away the frozen mixture or empty out the mini ice cube trays into a punch bowl. Add Perrier and ice cubes, then serve immediately.
